Founder & Principal Partner

CA. Pradeep K. Goyal is the Principal Partner of the firm. He is a distinguished practitioner in direct taxation and bank audits, bringing decades of experience and insight in these domains.

A former Chairman of the Lucknow Branch of CIRC of ICAI, CA. Goyal has played a pivotal role in shaping the profession at the branch level. He holds certifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, including Concurrent Audit of Banks, Forensic and Fraud Detection, and Peer Review.

Prior to founding the firm, he served with the State Bank of India, where he developed deep practical insight into the functioning of the banking sector.
